Reception rings the floor. The supervisor walks the corridor. Guests wait in the lobby for a room that was finished forty minutes ago.
No proof a job was done
A guest complains about the bathroom three days later and there is nothing to check. The cleaner says it was done. It probably was.
Hours don't match the work
You pay for the hours clocked, not the rooms cleaned. Nobody can tell you what a room actually costs to turn over.

Rooms and properties are split across whoever is on shift. Each cleaner opens a link on their own phone, types their name and PIN, and sees only their own jobs in order.

Photos close the job
A job isn't finished until the photos are in — bed, bathroom, floor, whatever you set. They're timestamped and kept, so a complaint next week has an answer.
